01 / Managed desk
Listing preparation, property photography, twice-weekly availability updates and occupancy reporting for Kyiv landlords. One desk, one owner copy, one paper trail from shoot day to payout.
The desk runs a fixed scope for furnished apartments in Kyiv. Nothing is bundled silently: every task below names what you receive and how often it happens.
Title, description and amenity map written for the platforms we publish to, with house rules and check-in wording agreed before go-live.
Daylight frames only, neutral warm grade, no staging added. Each set is dated and versioned so an old frame never reappears in a live listing.
Calendars reconciled across every channel with a written change log, so a same-day booking is never sold twice.
Nights booked, nights available, ADR in UAH and occupancy percentage per apartment, with the change against the prior period.
04 / Availability cadence
Calendars are reconciled every Tuesday and Friday at 09:40 EET, before the first same-day check-in window opens. Each edit carries a timestamp, the platform it came from, and the initials of the person who made it, so the record is auditable rather than remembered.

Minimum 18 frames, daylight only, neutral warm grade. Nothing is staged, moved in, or borrowed for the shoot.
Permission record signed 12 Mar 2025 and filed against the apartment. Sets are re-shot whenever furniture or finishings change, so a listing never shows a room that no longer exists.
